8th Term Review Instructions and Resources

Hello 8th Term Animation Students

Please follow these instructions to make 8th Term Review as effective as possible.
Please note that you will be notified when dates and times are confirmed. At that point you will be able to reserve a slot using the link on the right.

What is the 8th term review?

8th term review is a meeting with the Associate Chair, during which we look at your overall growth as a student, artist, and professional - and is MANDATORY for graduation. Please be ON TIME!

What are the things we are looking for?

What’s important to us is that we see how you progressed through the track. Is there a clear upward trend in the quality and originality of your work? We also are interested in seeing your passion and what it is you want to do as an animation professional.

Who can participate?

Check your degree audit — you can only do the 8th term review if you have taken and passed all the required Animation track classes in 1st-7th term AND are taking all the classes in 8th term preparing to graduate. Please inform us NOW if you haven’t fulfilled this requirement.
