Please follow these instructions to make 6th Term Review as effective as possible.
Please note that you will be notified when dates and times are confirmed. At that point you will be able to reserve a slot using the link on the right.
Please view the FAQs for more info, especially the “What artwork should be submitted?” section.
Organize your major assignments from ALL STUDIO CLASSES up to this point from Terms 4, 5, & 6.
Create a Google Folder with your work, and send a shared link to Natalie.Williams@ArtCenter.edu ASAP. Make sure the sharing settings are set to “Anyone with a link can view.” - NOT to me specifically or any ArtCenter email can view.
The materials to be collected and upload are:
Digital work from Terms 4, 5 and 6 - We know not all of 6th term has been completed- just include what you have up to week 8 of 6th term.
Degree Audit - Save this as a PDF and Upload this in your main folder, outside of the Low and High res folders. You can find your Degree Audit by logging into your Inside.Artcenter account > Academics > Records > Unofficial Transcript/CUM GPA. To save as a PDF: Right-click the page > Print > Choose Printer dropdown > “Save as PDF”.
Self-Assessment form which you can find here and in the links on the right. Save this as a PDF and Upload this in your main folder, outside of the Low and High res folders. To save as a PDF: Right-click the page > Print > Choose Printer dropdown > “Save as PDF”.
IMPORTANT: Anything that is not properly labeled, organized or missing, according to the instructions below results in an AUTOMATIC FAIL for your 6th term review. In other words, you won’t have a 6th term review. NO exceptions.
A professional presentation of your art created during your 4th through 6th terms. JPGs only.
Please view the FAQs for more info, especially the “What artwork should be submitted?” section.
What’s important to us is that we see how you’ve progressed through the track so far, and if there is a clear upward trend in the quality and originality of your work. We are also interested in seeing your passion and what it is you want to do as a concept professional. Lastly, we want to see whether you have mastered all the fundamentals, ensuring you are ready for the next 2 terms.
